Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the San Andreas County Roleplay (“SACRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and Discord bot (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Discord bot provides persistent community features, including server settings, role permissions, department rosters, application codes, support-ticket logs, scheduled and temporary roles, and voice activity tracking. Our website provides information about the community and account-based features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

To use the Services you must meet Discord's minimum age requirement and comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account or Discord identity.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the bot, website, or related systems;
• Abuse, exploit, or interfere with bot features (such as tickets, applications, or roles) or with other members' use of them;
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• Violate our community rules or any applicable law.

Use of the Services is also subject to our community rules.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. You are responsible for the information you submit through the Services and confirm you have the right to provide it.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or our rules, or to protect the community. You may stop using the Services at any time, including by removing the bot from servers you administer or closing your website account.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that data will always be preserved. You use the Services at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SACRP and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

The Services rely on third-party platforms, including Discord. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are also not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
